Information
Thank you for choosing Grassroots Gymnastics! Our number one goal is to build healthy styles from the group up!

Tuition
Grassroots follows the school calendar year offering three sessions. Fall (Aug-Dec), Spring (Jan-May), and Summer (June-July). Classes are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each new session will require you to sign up again for a class. Once enrolled, your child will attend the same class each week until you notify us of a change via email, or the session ends.

Tuition is paid monthly on the first of the month. A $5.00 service fee will apply to any tuition payments made by credit card after first months tuition. To avoid the CC processing fee you can enter your bank information on the Customer Portal. If tuition payment isn't received by the 10th, a $10.00 late fee will be accessed to your account. If monthly tuition is not received by the 20th, you forfeit your child class spot in the class.

GRASSROOTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SHORTEN OR CANCEL CLASSES WITH LOW ENROLLMENTS.
Registration Fee
All Students will be charged an annual registration fee of $40/child, or $80/family (2 or more children).
This fee is good for 12 months and covers any classes and camps.
Trial Classes
Any new clients are welcome to try a class at a rate of $15/first class, $25 additional classes.
The registration fee is temporarily waived until you choose to sign up.
Drop-Ins
Space permitting, we offer classes on a drop-in basis for $25/class.
Call the office at least 24 hours in advance to check availability and to reserve your spot.
Make-Up Policy
Makeup tokens are created after a missed class and can be redeemed in the Customer Portal to attend an additional class.
Please let us know BEFORE your child misses a class in order to get the token in your account. Letting us know before your child misses a class allows us to create more makeup opportunities for everyone! The Customer Portal will allow you to register for makeup classes that are age/level appropriate up to 60 days after your missed class. Feel free to email info@grassrootsgymnastics.com or stop by the front desk to let us know about a future absence. If you do not inform us of your absence before it happens, a make-up token will not be created in your account.
Cancellation Policy
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY GRASSROOTS 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. We require an email record of your request, so please understand that telling a teacher will not result in your child’s enrollment being terminated. GG cannot guarantee your previous class will have an opening upon your return to our program.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA EMAIL. Please do not rely on your child to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to someone who may be on a waiting list.
Refund Policy
NO REFUND OR CREDITS FOR DROPPED OR MISSED CLASSES. (refer to our make-up policy above) Grassroots Gymnastics maintains a strict student to coach ratio to keep class sizes small. Because of this commitment, a student enrolled in a class often prohibits other students from enrolling in that class. Therefore, once a month has started, no refunds will be given if a student withdraws from a class, with the exception of medical excuses. In such situations, we reserve the right to request a written acknowledgment from a licensed medical practitioner before granting a refund.
Camp Credits
Our camps have a similar coach to student ratios, and so therefore no refunds will be offered. If written notice is provided 7 days before the start date of the camp you may be eligible for a credit on your account (less any deposits and registration fees). All deposits and Registration Fees are non-refundable.
Waiver Required
EACH CHILD MUST HAVE A WAIVER SIGNED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITIES IN THE GYM.
Arrival + Pickup
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your child on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your child. Instruct your child to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. If you are consistently late to pick up your child, Grassroots reserves the right to charge standard child rates for each minute you are late.

Private Lesson Policy
Private lessons are a great addition to your child's training for a short time period with a specific goal in mind. We don't recommend using private lessons as a sole way to learn gymnastics which is why we only offer private lessons to students who are currently enrolled at Grassroots Gymnastics. Private lessons are to be scheduled with the coach directly and need to be approved by the gym after being scheduled. Because of this, private lessons must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance, and have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the private lesson rate. A private lesson is NOT offered between the hours of 3:30-6:30 pm during the week, and 9-12 on Saturdays.
