I have read and fully understand all codes, rules, and expectations laid out in the Grassroots Competitive Team Packet. I understand that I am entering into this program of my own free will. I understand what is expected of me as a parent and as an Athlete in the Grassroots Competitive Team Program and will conduct myself in a sportsmanlike manner to uphold the standards that are expected of me. Failure to follow the expectations will be cause for dismissal from the program.
I have read and fully understand my financial commitment to Grassroots Gymnastics Competitive program outlined in the Grassroots Gymnastics Team Packet under Financial Commitment. I understand that my commitment is for the 2025-2026 Competitive Season. I understand that I am entering into this program of my own free will. I understand that I am solely responsible for all fees and that a bank account is required to be on file for my athlete to participate in the 2025-2026 Grassroots Gymnastics season. All credit/debit cards will be subjected to a 3% additional processing fee for any team realted expences.
