All-levels class for adults age 18+.
The class is broken into two sections. In the first 30 minutes, you will be lead through a warm-up and circuit designed to increase your strength and mobility. The second 30 minutes is Open Gym so you can work on anything you would like to. No experience is required! Coaches will be available to help set-up drills and offer instruction.
No pre-registration is required. All you need is an account with us on the Parent Portal.
